The room was quite large with a nice view. The location was great, I was charmed by that. I felt it was good value for the money.
I arrived and walked into the bar since I saw no sign for the reception. Doors to reception from the bar needed a key card. I could not freshen up due to a power cut in the evening, there was no complimentary tea or coffee.

I found the staff on reception to be lovely and cute. They were happy to talk and assist with any needs. The hotel provided a good breakfast, including tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. I appreciated the convenience of the two bars for drinks.
I noticed the room could use some general TLC. The balcony was not entirely usable due to seagull droppings on the floor and handrails. I think a more frequent cleaning schedule for the balconies is necessary.

Check-in was easy and cute. The room was spacious and included all necessary amenities for my four-night stay. Housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my visit. The central location allowed quick access to local attractions and dining options (a definite plus).

The location is convenient, close to shops and the waterfront. i found many dining options near the hotel, along with lovely walking routes. breakfast was a great start to each day, with tea, coffee, and hot chocolate readily available. the reception staff were cute and helpful. They offered information about the area.
